We demand justice for dozens of customers scammed by Luis Cantos, a figurine seller on Instagram (@luiscang).

We are a group of customers who have been deceived by Luis Cantos, an Instagram seller who took advantage of our passion and trust by selling figurines that were never delivered. Some of us have been waiting for several years, despite having paid in full — without receiving the products, any refunds, or even an explanation.

Over time, many similar testimonies have surfaced, confirming a recurring and unacceptable behavior from this seller.

We demand a fair resolution:

Delivery of ALL the undelivered orders within a defined timeframe,
or
A full refund of the amount paid

This petition aims to bring together all victims, amplify our voices, and send a strong message to Luis Cantos and to anyone using social media to deceive honest individuals.

We are open to dialogue and willing to give Luis one final opportunity to make things right.

However, if no solution is offered, we will initiate:

An international class action lawsuit,

And mass reporting of his Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and PayPal accounts to shut down his fraudulent business.
