the PAAAs, the PEOPLE AGAINST ANIMAL ABUSERs, are a group of concerned citizens for justice for the abused that do not have a voice…animals.  We the People find the case State of GA v “DEFENDANT”, an active case in Georgia Fulton County Superior Court, 5 Counts of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals, alarming by the alleged circumstances.

the PAAS are outraged to learn that days, hours, moments of horrific acts by the accused “DEFENDANT” caused the tortuous and untimely death of Lucy, the Goldendoodle, resulted in mere 5 counts of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals.  We beg that the “DEFENDANT” be accountable for each and every blow leading to the death of this beloved pet.

We further insist that the felonious acts charged against the “DEFENDANT” not be reduced, diverted, pled away, dismissed or in any way avoided.  We ask for nothing less than full accountability for every violent blow Lucy endured.  We consider that justice for these counts be a sentence of at least 5 years incarceration.  The accused, “DEFENDANT”deserves no consideration greater than what he gave and offered to Lucy.

We feel the accused “DEFENDANT” is a danger to society.  We find his actions heinous and monstrous.  Accordingly, we request that this letter of concern be added to his files, to be considered for parole, probation or any other records.

We wish for the State of Georgia to hold the “DEFENDANT” accountable, and prove him guilty of these horrific acts done to an innocent animal.
