My tiny chihuahua Leo was killed by an off-lead German Shepherd. The police have failed to investigate and failed to charge the owner, quoting ‘dog on dog’ attack. I have been left with almost £10k in vets bills and suffering PTS, not to mention bite injuries from the attack. This must be treated as a criminal offence and not written off as ‘Not in the public interest’ An aggressive dog is always in the public interest especially when they have done it before. 

I have received many messages from people saying the same happened to them. This cannot continue Leo and all the other dogs who met horrific ends were family members, loved and now grieved by their families.
