We, the undersigned residents of the Tavola neighborhood, hereby express our collective concern and dissatisfaction with the quality of construction and service provided by Lennar Homes. Despite numerous attempts to address our grievances, Lennar Homes has failed to adequately resolve the following issues:

• Improperly Sized Air Conditioning Units: Many homes have been equipped with AC units that are inadequate for cooling, leading to discomfort and higher energy bills.
• Leaking Roofs: Several homeowners have reported persistent roof leaks, causing water damage and posing risks to property and health.
• Leaking Windows: Numerous homes have experienced issues with leaking windows, leading to water damage and potential mold growth.
• Mold Infestations: Inadequate insulation and ventilation have resulted in mold growth within homes, compromising indoor air quality and posing health risks.
• Electrical Work Deficiencies: Instances of electrical work not meeting safety standards, posing risks of fire and electrical hazards.
• Incorrectly Installed Siding: Numerous instances of siding being installed incorrectly, leading to potential structural issues and aesthetic concerns. Not using proper nailing techniques, Not installing flashing properly, Not installing starter strips, Not sealing joints properly, Not installing trim correctly, Not installing underlayment correctly, Not installing vents properly, Not installing corner posts correctly, and Not properly preparing the surface before installation can all lead to water penetration/damage, mold, curling at the butt joints, panels becoming loose and falling off, and much more.

Despite repeated requests for repairs and resolutions, Lennar Homes has been unresponsive and has failed to adequately address these critical issues. This neglect has caused undue financial burden and emotional stress on homeowners in our community.

Therefore, we call upon Lennar Homes to:

• Immediately rectify all outstanding issues regarding HVAC systems, roofing, windows, mold remediation, siding installation, and electrical safety.
• Establish a transparent and effective communication channel with affected homeowners to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of complaints.
• Compensate homeowners for damages incurred as a result of substandard construction and delays in addressing issues.
• Commit to higher standards of construction quality and accountability in future projects.

We urge Lennar Homes to take swift and decisive action to address these concerns to restore the trust and well-being of the Tavola neighborhood residents. The undersigned residents and concerned individuals support this petition for accountability and justice.
