Any Adult who willingly participates in a criminal offence involving drink driving, which involves children & leads to injury or death to face the same conviction as the driver, regardless of parental responsibility.

 Lacie lost her life at just 13 years old due to the person who was supposed to protect her drink driving over 100mph at 2:30 am he lost his life in the crash also but the adult passenger who allowed the children in the car survived. Although she is adamant she said slow down she still allowed and willingly put herself Lacie and her friends into the car that night. She needs to be held accountable for her actions leading to this tragedy when a child lost her whole life a head. She should be charged with death by contributing negligence, endangering a child, child abuse by getting children intoxicated who was in her care. She walks away with no consequences for her actions this is NOT good enough and justice needs to be done for Lacie and her broken mother and family  this is not ok and should not be brushed off like she had no part in this all her actions leading to this need to be addressed and justice needs to be served! Kieley, her family and myself will not stop until she faces responsibility for her actions! the law has to be changed!
