Ayurvedic medicine is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. But sadly there are only few practitioners who are currently practicing this India’s ancient healing system.

Mr. Anandaiah from Krishnapatanam, AP is one such practitioner and well known for his herbal cures and generosity in his village. Having inherited the Ayurvedic healing knowledge from his parents and actively learning several herbs from his Gurus over the years, he has cured multiple health issues in his village. Through his expertise and inputs from his Guru, he prepared Ayurvedic medicine to prevent and cure Covid. He initially gave to his family members and later he gave to people who came to him with positive Covid. When people started recovering within 3 days of taking this medicine at any stage of covid, word started spreading and within few weeks thousands of people were pouring in for this medicine which was given to them at free of cost.

On 17 May, Anandaiah was asked to stop distributing this medicine until it is approved by Ayush. After which, it was lab tested and approved by Ayush on 20 May confirming the ingredients are purely herbal and there will be no side effects.

More than 200 Volunteers came forward to help in the distribution of this medicine, setting up the place with all the Covid protocols, providing free food as people from different states started pouring in. All set for the free distribution on 21 May but suddenly the permission was cancelled as CM has ordered to suspend the distribution until ICMR and CARI evaluates the efficiency of this medicine and provides the reports. Meanwhile, there are multiple false accusations raised against this medicine.

We request CM to expedite the medicine testing and ensure FAIR TRIAL at all levels. This petition is started by group of people from Nellore who has benefited from this medicine without side effects. All we need is to get this life saving medicine to people with Andhra government’s help and release us from Covid agony.
