As a dog lover and owner, I understand the importance of responsible pet ownership. That's why I'm starting this petition to clear the name of Kolby, a five-year-old dog who has been unfairly labeled as aggressive and dangerous.

Kolby has been working with his owner for five years without any incidents or complaints from clients. However, one day, during an inspection by a KBC lady inspector, she may have reach to pet Kolby while he was in his safe space. This sudden intrusion caused him to freak out and scratch her right hand. 

Instead of understanding that dogs have boundaries and respecting them, the male inspector cursed at Kolby and threatened to shoot him in a public place many times. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from someone who is supposed to be serving the public and safety of the clients.

Kolby's actions were not unprovoked or malicious; they were simply a reaction to feeling threatened in his own space. He is not an aggressive or dangerous dog; he is just misunderstood.
