Kenyon is a sweet loving 23 year old who just so happens to have autism and is nonverbal. Kenyon has been the victim of cyber- crimes such a as stalking/harassment  since at least 2021 though no fault of his own and this  petition is to bring awareness to our governing authorities about how  Persons with developmental difficulties are at a higher risk of these crimes simply because they are more vulnerable. My son and others like him with developmental difficulties should be protected with with a higher degree of culpability due to their vulnerability and inability to understand what they are being lured into. Also note, their  Constitutional Rights  to life, liberty and happiness is being infringed upon !!  Kenyon is part of one of the most marginalized communities in this country  and this  community has no one speaking up for them  regarding this sort of crime and it is time we  start. With your help we can bring this issue to Congress to be heard on their floor  so that he and others in the disability community  can be safeguarded from these invertebrates  that prey upon them on the internet without being held accountable.  Yes, I have  been to local authorities  regarding this issue and nothing was able to be done aside  from advising to take away his only happiness instead of assisting us. 

These statutes in place   18 U.S.C 1028, 1030 and 2261 A  reference cybercrimes  but they are not specific to the disabled community to which many cannot defend themselves but there should be and it is imperative that the federal government get more involved and assist with apprehending known and unknown assailants and hold them more accountable for crimes against the disabled . Trillions of dollars are being made via the internet  but little accountability for any of the corporations making the profit .

Let's make this clear, it takes a specific kind of "coward" to do this and with your help, we can protect the disabled community.  In recent years there has been instances whereas the victims were coached out of their homes: I will reference the cases but leave the names out 

  Atlanta autistic  teen coached out of home to NY by online "friend". He was later found and reconnected with family and the criminal was caught.

  Arizona autistic man was coached out of home, later found dead. No one has been caught in that case to date. 

Our country just went through a government shutdown for marginalized people and left out this community entirely and it is time we start fighting for  them and their existence. 

Lets' stand up and make the internet safe for the disabled community Sign the petition so that Kenyon and others  within this community and  demand accountability from those who are in power and can make a difference.
