Other guests at the hotel showed up and saw policeman and when they questioned what was happening to the hotel staff the hotel staff told them "rowdy teenagers." Instead of giving their clients a comment like "you can ask police about it" , people's lives could've been in danger that day. There are also other statements where they give out hotel keys to guests rooms. This hotel has complete disregard for it's guests and has an insufficient security system. THAT'S why it should be shut down.
