My son in law filed a lawsuit and won three million dollars of which he will probably never see any of it because in court Dehayes said he will file bankruptcy this also means Nicky (Katherine's surviving child) will never see a dime and his future will depend on me, my family, his other grandparents and family to put him through college and support him. He is still in therapy but doing well. I spoke with Brad King and asked him to bring charges now that the civil case is over and I asked him if he read all the new additional information I sent him that he told me to send him. He said he did not read any of it -did not read the private investigator's report, or the drug interaction report prepared by an attorney. June 2, 2017 I was at the Hernando County Court House to deliver a letter to Judge Tombrink jr who heard and ruled on my son in law's case because I do not trust my son in law or his attorney. He refused to help get justice for Katherine and Rehlin, Stopped talking to me because I refused to stop pursuing criminal charges on his wife and son's killer, has lied to me, remarried before the case was even over and deprived Nicky of his mother's things so he would have things to remember her by and hired Brad King's brother Greg King to represent him in civil court I wanted to be sure my grandson's interests are protected. As I was talking to Brad King I asked if he could reopen my daughters case and use the civil case to file criminal charges and Brad asked who the attorney was so I told him Greg King and he told me that was his brother and his brother would not have gotten any new information to help with the criminal case. You tell me Do you think this is a conflict of interest and don't you think it ironic that Carson hired Brad King's brother to represent him especially since Carson doesn't even live near Ocala where Brad and Greg are both have offices.
