First, I would like to thank everyone for their continued support and help in getting justice for my baby girl Katherine, her baby son Rehlin and her surviving son Nicky. We are sincerely grateful for the public's help. I am in need of additional help as the statute of limitations is about to come up at the end of July and charges can not be filed against William Dehayes for killing Katherine after the end of July and the statute of limitations for Rehlin is another two years. However, I do know if charges are not filed against William Dehayes for killing Katherine the Assistant State Attorney will say since no crime has been committed to the mother no crime has been committed on Rehlin. I know this makes no sense since both of them are dead and they did not kill themselves. How can no crime have been committed? I submitted additional information as I was told to do by State Attorney Brad King and when I spoke to him on the phone he advised me he never read it. I have continually asked for a grand jury to review the case to decide if charges should be filed for Manslaughter but they have refused to do so because they say they do not feel a crime is committed. Yet, no one can explain to me how if no crime has been committed why is my daughter and grandson dead? Why is my surviving grandson without a mother? How can Governor Scott appoint Aramis Ayla's cases to Brad King when he has many cases in his jurisdictions he has not prosecuted that should be. The Michelle O'Connell Case- A cop killed her and he was never investigated. The Depalma Murders only one killer was prosecuted after they arrested and detained an innocent child for 20 days. The Zacco Brothers who managed to take property away from our elderly citizens and bankrupt several but King refused to prosecute-- With all the damning evidence in these cases and the authorities( Politicians, FDLE, Governor, Attorney General, etc) are aware of the problems with Mr.King and his prosecution process why they haven't investigated. What are we the taxpayers paying for if they are not doing their jobs? Once again I am pleading for help with asking that the State Attorney do his job and prosecute this case as many experts have reviewed this case and said it should be prosecuted. Why tell me to submit additional information and not read it? How about her right to live isn't this a violation of her constitutional rights?
