Chyanne cesar . She is a 19 year old who makes money off of TikTok . She has had a lot of animals within her life and all of them have been abused of some kind . Starting with her cats . She used to leave them at home days on end without any food or water and without any simple care . No animal should have to go through this . There was also one incident with a kitten Which isn’t appropriate to be sharing again . Her first puppy got stolen while in HER CARE! This showed that she wasn’t capable of looking after herself let alone animals . Recently she had another puppy called karma and she was truly beautiful! Once again this animal has been failed to be looked after within Chyannes care. Karma was repeatedly left home alone with no food , no water and locked in a kennel . Not to mention the fact it wasn’t let outside so I’m sure you could imagine what the state of the house was like . Chyanne even failed to walk her dog and failed to simply just comfort her dog. Not only this she would also put the animals is scary situation such as arguments that her and her ex boyfriend used to have that used to get physical ! Chyanne put these animals at threat and risk of their lives as she cared too much about men , doing drugs and TikTok. Police were called numerous times due to the dog being neglected and abused . The police eventually took karma is which they gave Chyanne a choice to fight for her ! Chyanne missed loads of appointments and chose that this beautiful dog who was only 7 months old to be put down Because she “only cared for herself” . This is to make sure Chyanne doesn’t have the permission to have any animals in her care ever again. The way she treats these Animals is disgusting and it truly worries me about how many animals she has done this too. Please sign this to stop this girl !
