This petition is a cry for justice from the heartbroken community of Pelikan Park, Cape Town. Our beloved Kamryn Naidoo, a young boy with autism who brought light and joy to those around him, was brutally murdered on February 29, 2024. The confessed killer is a member of our own community.

Kamryn's life was tragically cut short in an act that has left us all reeling with pain and disbelief. His loss has created an immeasurable void in our lives and we are outraged by this senseless act of violence against one so innocent.

The confessed killer now awaits trial. We believe that granting bail to this individual would be an affront to justice and a betrayal of Kamryn's memory. We urge the court to deny bail and ensure that this person remains in custody until they face the full force of the law for their heinous crime.
