The Issue

I nearly died in a house fire, then lost my daughter, and then lost my freedom.

I met my ex-wife in 2006 and shortly after we had our beautiful baby girl. Our marriage was rocky and fraught with issues from the very beginning. I stayed in the marriage as long as I could because I wanted my daughter to have both of her parents in her life but her mother didn’t feel the same way. We separated and I moved into my own home shortly thereafter.

In 2018 my house burned down suspiciously on the eve of my ex-wife’s birthday and I narrowly escaped with my life. I survived this suspicious event just to be thrown into a corrupt court battle where I had to fight for my life once again.

After separating and moving forward with our lives, my ex-wife decided to coach her older daughter from a prior marriage to lie about how I had treated her because she wanted to “put me away”. These lies cost me everything; my daughter, my reputation, and my freedom.

My ex-wife ensured that I could not be there for my daughter and watch her grow up.

All I am asking for is a fair chance to have an impartial trial and prove that I am not guilty of these lies. Your signature will help me to get the attention of those in power and get a retrial of my case. Thank you.
