The Chief Judge for Presque Isle County Michigan allowed the retired detective from the sheriff's office to testify in court using hear say evidence. He did not allow any of the witnesses for the defense of Jeremiah to do this. One of the Jurist admitted that he had heard about Jeremiah's conviction in June but he wanted to remain on the Jury in July. Jeremiahs Attorney asked the Judge for a mistrial. One of the Jurist contacted a family member of ours and she stated that three jurist voted not guilty but the other nine jurist pressured them into changing their verdicts to guilty. The Prosecuting Attorney lied to the Jury about a lot of things including the fact that we had home health care workers in our home for 16 hours a day seven days a week. They would have heard any abuse going on in my home. The Prosecuting Attorney lied about medical records, work, and school records for Jeremiah. That is why he did not allow any in the court proceedings. Please pass on to your friends and encourage them to sign the petition.
