In July Jeremiah was convicted of four counts of CSC by a so called Jury of his peers hand picked by the Detective Sargent from the Presque Isle County Sheriff's office. This man had the nerve to testify that in 2005 Brittney pointed to a picture or doll of a little girl and she said that this is were Jeremiah sexually touched me. Neither this man nor his agency were involved in this investigation in 2005. The Michigan State Police officer who was involved testified in court said that this never happened. Brittney claimed that she was not being touched by anyone. The jury believed this Detective instead of the MSP officer who actually was present in 2005.
