On August 19, 2013 Jeremiah and I went to a meeting with Attorney Daniel Martin of Cheboygan Michigan. Martin is the court appointed Attorney for Jeremiah in his family court proceedings. Martin is offering Jeremiah a plea agreement; Jeremiah is to plead guilty to four counts of CSC 4th degree to Brittney in exchange for him losing his parental rights to khloe, no additional charges against him, the kids would all go back to Storm, and he would serve one year in the Presque Isle County Michigan Jail. This was a verbal plea agreement offered by Martin and followed up by Attorney Mike Bryce Winnick from Sault Ste. Marie Michigan Jeremiah's retained Criminal defense Attorney.During the 53rd Circuit Court Hearing on August 23, 2013 Storm and I were asked by Attorney to not be present in the court room for this hearing. This hearing was being presented before the PREJUDICED and BIASED Judge Donald J. McLennan. the court asked Marin if he wanted to release under the adoption code or under the juvenile code. Martin says that he has no preference. Then Martin says that the no contest plea is subject to learned counsel looking at the original complaint and petition in this matter. It would be allegation 10, a no contest. Martin was setting Jeremiah up for additional charges even though that is not what he said to us. I am more than willing to take a POLY GRAPH test as to what Attorney Martin and Winnick said about this plea agreement. I have a copy of the OFFICIAL COURT TRANSCRIPT.
