On May 5th, 2016, 4-year old twins, Kaylee & Jenna's lives were changed forever.  After attending a garage sale with their paternal grandmother, an english bulldog unprovoked (no leash, or shock collar) attacked Jenna while she was walking away.  Jenna's grandmother had to fight the dog off, where it then proceeded to bite Kaylee inches away from her carotid artery and through her lip.  The dog was then removed from Kaylee where it then AGAIN attacked Jenna. Jenna suffered severe facial injuries requiring multiple surgeries to put her face back together.  She requires scar cream to be applied twice a day, and will require multiple surgeries in the future.  There was an application put forth to the court for the dog to be destroyed, but after attending numerous hearings with a different judge every time, yesterday the dog was released to the owners under the order that it receives a behavioral assessment from a trainer of the OWNERS CHOICE.  The judge made the decision without reviewing the file.
