Justice for Investors: Recovering Hard-Earned Investments in Growpital / Zetta Farms

Justice for Investors: Recovering Hard-Earned Investments in Growpital / Zetta Farms
The Issue
I, Sanjeet Kumar Das, on behalf of the undersigned investors, am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding the mismanagement of funds raised from retail investors by Growpital / Zetta Farms. As investors who entrusted our hard-earned money to Growpital, we are deeply troubled by the irresponsible and negligent actions of the founding team, which have resulted in our investments being at risk.
Growpital raised funds from retail investors, promising lucrative returns and opportunities for growth. However, it is evident that the funds have been mismanaged and possibly misappropriated by the founding team, leading to significant losses for investors.
Despite our repeated attempts to seek transparency and accountability, the management has failed to provide satisfactory explanations or solutions to address our concerns. It is apparent that there has been a breach of trust and fiduciary responsibility on the part of the founding team, who have not acted in the best interests of the investors.
We request SEBI to take immediate action to:
- Investigate the financial affairs and activities of Growpital to ascertain the extent of mismanagement and potential violations of securities laws and regulations.
- Recover the invested amount and any losses incurred by investors due to the mismanagement of funds by Growpital.
- Hold the culprits accountable for their actions and impose appropriate penalties and sanctions to deter similar misconduct in the future.
- Ensure that adequate measures are put in place to safeguard the interests of investors and prevent such incidents of mismanagement and fraud in the securities market.
We request SEBI to take swift and decisive action in this matter. The trust and confidence of retail investors are at stake, and decisive steps are taken to restore trust and hold wrongdoers accountable.
We remain hopeful that SEBI will prioritize this matter and take all necessary actions to safeguard the interests of investors.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
