Indian Residential School Survivor/Warriors "legally represent" themselves, and are fully capable of making their own informed decisions and choices
The Assembly of First Nations and the Federal Government of Canada have not consulted with Indian Residential School Survivor/Warriors regarding the $3,000 (Three Thousand Dollars) Personal Educational Credit
The process and terms and conditions for applying of the $3,000 (Three Thousand Dollars) Personal Educational Credit are unjust, biased, does not reflect true restitution and reconciliation, and are a barrier to accessing educational initiatives
Forcing IRSSurvivor/Warriors to apply for “credits” for educational initiatives is abusive, unjust, and exploitative
