20 4:00 after a friend had received a Text that Heather had sent stating that her boyfriend. Was there threatening her with a weapon? They found her decapitated in her apartment.

 Sometime in the hours of the night, Heather lost her life to the hands of this.  Killer boyfriend

And he had cut her Head off and put it in a trash bag It was her mother and 2 girls who went to check on her and found her headless body. Her boyfriend was later.  Found several hours.

 And his apartment where he barricaded himself in.. This is a heinous crime , and it deserves the maximum penalties
