FAITH'S LAW: WE ARE DRAFTING A BILL!
We are actively drafting a bill called "Faith's Law" to propose to the Virginia legislature. A BILL to amend and reenact §§ 22.1-274 and 22.1-274.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the administration of medication and the provision of emergency treatment for students with complex medical needs; designated as Faith's Law: The Student Medical Safety and Accountability Act. We will release more information as it becomes available.
