Justice for Epstein’s Victims: No More Secrets, No More Excuses

To the U.S. Department of Justice, Congress, and All State Attorneys General:

We, the undersigned, demand immediate and full accountability regarding the ongoing cover-up of crimes related to Jeffrey Epstein’s trafficking network.

Despite overwhelming evidence of international child sex trafficking, rape, and conspiracy involving minors, justice remains unserved. The recent discussions around the sealed files, unindicted co-conspirators, and stalled prosecutions raise serious constitutional, moral, and legal concerns that must be addressed now—not hidden behind procedural excuses or political fears.

 

⚖️ BACKGROUND

Jeffrey Epstein is dead. Ghislaine Maxwell is serving a 20-year sentence.

No client has been prosecuted. No full list has been released.

Victims were minors. Many were U.S. citizens.

Federal law provides no statute of limitations for child sex trafficking, rape, or exploitation under statutes like:

18 U.S. Code § 3283: Extends prosecution until victims turn 40 or beyond

18 U.S. Code § 3299: No limit for life-sentence offenses

RICO statutes: Allow prosecution of criminal enterprise participants

Mann Act: Criminalizes interstate and international trafficking for sex

The Crime Victims’ Rights Act (CVRA) was violated in Epstein’s 2007 non-prosecution deal. A federal judge ruled that victims’ rights were ignored.

 

❓ QUESTIONS THE PUBLIC DESERVES ANSWERS TO:

What about the victims?

What about justice?

How is this justice?

Isn't this direct proof that there are MANY PEOPLE who are ABOVE THE LAW?

What is the American government afraid of by releasing the names?

Will a prosecutor prosecute in the same aggressive manner that R. Kelly and Bill Cosby were pursued?

Where is the equal protection under law for these victims—many of whom were children?

 

💥 THE DOUBLE STANDARD

R. Kelly was convicted under federal trafficking and RICO laws.
Bill Cosby was prosecuted at the state level despite SOL concerns.

Why then, have Epstein’s clients—who trafficked, raped, and violated minors—not even been named?
Why are wealth, office, or foreign status allowed to silence justice?

 

🛑 THIS IS A COVER-UP

The refusal to release the full client list, files, and communications constitutes:

Obstruction of Justice

Willful violation of victims’ rights under CVRA

Conspiracy to protect sex traffickers

Gross breach of public trust and oath of office

 

✊ WE, THE PEOPLE, DEMAND:

1. Immediate release of the FULL, unredacted Epstein client list

2. Public release of all sealed and classified Epstein/Maxwell files

3. Federal and state prosecutions of all perpetrators, regardless of title or nationality

4. Removal and permanent disqualification of any elected official who:

Voted or acted to suppress prosecution

Delayed or denied justice to the victims

Obstructed the release of evidence or files

 

These officials must:

Be expelled from Congress

Forfeit all pensions and benefits

Face criminal investigation for dereliction of duty and complicity

 

🗽 THIS IS ABOUT THE RULE OF LAW

No individual—no president, prince, corporate CEO, media mogul, or intelligence agent—is above the law.
If the United States government cannot protect its children, it cannot claim moral authority anywhere in the world.
If justice is selective, then justice is dead.
