On September 9th, 2016 my sister was hit on I680 in San Ramon by a driver under the influence of drugs. The crash claimed the life of my 3 year old nephew, and caused serious injuries to my sister. The impaired driver (Yarenit Malihan) or (Yari Malihan) was booked into jail, and then posted bail, she then was given back her drivers license. This was her 2nd DUI within 3 months. I'd like to see this woman in jail, it has been over a month and she has yet to be formally charged in this case.
