Justice for Elias Armstrong and Justice for the Armstrong-Astor Family of Denver, Colorado

Every, and any one, concerned and interested in the racist vigilante murder of 12-year-old “alleged” car thief Elias Armstrong on February 05, 2023 in Denver, Colorado, and the 43-year terrorism of his family by law enforcement, the judiciary, politicians, and the business community in the City and County of Denver, its suburbs, and State of Colorado since the Colorado law enforcement murder of his grandfather Earl Flanders Armstrong, Jr. June 26-30, 1980 in Lamar, Colorado.  Please join us!  Only the People Can Murder Corruption!   Please sign, share, and advocate for this Petition.

We are demanding Gov. Jared Polis, Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser, Colorado’s State Legislators, and Denver Mayor Michael Hancock or his successor, to remove Beth McCann from her position as Denver District Attorney, and the Denver Police Detective joining her to announce no charges against, Jack Reed, Keller-Williams Realty, Inc., the racist vigilante to the Armstrong family and media on February 17, 2023, and any district attorneys and police involved in the investigation and decision not to file charges against Jack Reed the racist vigilante murderer.  We are demanding the release of the 911 call from the vigilante Jack Reed, a release of the video held by Beth McCann that has full audio and video in color, and the arrest of Jack Reed for 1st degree murder, and any other violations of the law as normally determined in most cases of this nature.

Additionally, we are demanding a special out of state prosecutor to replace Beth McCann, and an outside federal law enforcement agency to replace the Denver Police Department in the concerns of the racist vigilante murder of Elias Armstrong, and the past 43 years of the family’s murders, attempted murders, brutal beatings, false arrests, and criminalization by these extrajudicial agencies in the City and County of Denver and State of Colorado, since the murder of Elias Armstrong’s grandfather Earl Flanders Armstrong, Jr. June 26-30, 1980 by Colorado law enforcement in Lamar, Colorado.  

We demand a full and thorough investigation into the murder of Earl Flanders Armstrong, Jr., who was murdered June 26-30, 1980 in Lamar, Colorado after being falsely labeled a fugitive from justice by the Denver Police Department for speeding tickets he had just served his sentence for at the Denver County Jail, and where one week prior to his release he was beat by Denver Sheriffs until he defecated on himself.  Sadly, he was trying to get to Brunswick, Georgia his birthplace for the secure arms of his mother.  Pulled over for no reason by the Colorado State Patrol they alleged Armstrong exited his vehicle and shot at them fleeing.  Armstrong possessed an antique 2-shooter gun that was recovered at the scene of his fleeing, and his bullets were in his glove department, so Armstrong thereafter was unarmed.  A 3 day fugitive brand slave hunt with bloodhounds was conducted along the Arkansas River for Armstrong, where once Armstrong was tracked down his death certificate reads, "Shot in the back of the head running from police."  Armstrong's body was so badly beaten and disfigured, the back of his skull was blown off, and his neck severed from his head with a gunshot wound forcing our family into having a closed casket funeral for him.  

Of grave concern, we demand that the case of Torrence McCall, 16, be opened into a full federal investigation in conjunction with all matters in this petition.  On October 14, 2022, McCall was in an "alleged" stolen vehicle in Westminster, Jefferson County, Colorado, when in a high speed chase with authorities he allegedly hits a median and his gun discharges striking him directly in back of the head killing him..  As his family we contest this police version as impossible and hilarious, and believe the police shot Torrence in the back of the head with his own gun.  To add to the family misery, and inhumanity, all of Torrence's body organs and eyes were removed from his body, despite not even possessing a driver's license to be labeled an organ donor, and without family permission.  We demand the coroner and all involved in the removal of his organs be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and that his organs are traced to see whom received them, and at what price.

As a family, we demand a full investigation into the car theft ring, YNP, both Elias and Torrence were waywardly involved with, and any persons in this rings connections as a "Confidential Informant" of the Denver Police Department, and/or other Colorado law enforcement, as one of the individuals named, Manny, 15, was with both Elias and Torrence at the time of the car thefts and their deaths, and another named YNP Zilla was with Elias the night of his racist vigilante murder.  It is this person's white sports car Elias is seen in the video leaning on, and whom had to have had an eye-witness front row view of Elias' murder, as he is leading Elias into the car thefts as his so-called "Big Homie" Elias had no business living at YNP Zilla's home instead of with his parents.  Mysteriously, Beth McCann has told the Armstrong Family after making her "Abuse of Power" decision she intends not to seek the testimonies of either of the other two occupants shot by the racist vigilante murderer in the "alleged" stolen car, and if they were to come forward on their own with such testimony she will not entertain it for any prosecution, this case is CLOSED!

We as a family demand that the Veteran's Day 2005 attempted murder and brutal beating of Thomas Charles Armstrong is reopened with a thorough and truly objective investigation.  On November 11, 2005, Armstrong was stopped by Denver Police at 11:42 pm while walking.  Immediately he is handcuffed, has his wallet, cellphone, and a pair of scissors placed on the police cruiser, and his name ran for warrants.  The officer then comes back to Armstrong, and punches him in his stomach and begins beating Armstrong.  Armstrong tries to run and encounters a fence that stops him and he is tackled in the middle of the street with a taser pointed to his head.  Officers from Denver and Aurora respond, and 43 officers take turns doing what Armstrong describes as "WWF" moves on him with a dog-collar taser around his neck,.  They pour radiator fluid down his throat, and once they see he fakes dead they place him in a body bag alive on the scene.  They transport him to University Hospital where he thinks he will be saved, pops out of the body bag once opened, and he see's Denver Police Chief, and Doctors, whom began beating him again together until he fakes dead again and they zip the body bag up and transfer him to the Denver Morgue.  At the Denver Morgue, Armstrong remembers being wrapped like a mummy, having a John Doe tag placed on his big toe, and being placed in a freezer alive for 5 hours where he prayed, "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus please send my family to get me" over-and-over.  Once his girlfriend, Syrita Henderson, sees the yellow tape surrounding her house at 8:00 am, she goes and ask the police if the yellow tape was concerning Thomas Armstrong, and they immediately take her to headquarters for questioning, and remove Armstrong from the Denver Morgue taking him back to University Hospital, where he is placed on a respirator and a medicated induced coma for 18 days.  The family is first notified by the Denver Morgue who calls Armstrong's mother to come retrieve his property, and Syrita Henderson from the Denver Police Department being held for questioning.  Unfortunately, Armstrong's federal civil rights case is kicked out of federal court as the police in Commerce City, Colorado conspire with Syrita Henderson, a day before his settlement conference to kick in Armstrong's door to his house, he fights her back, and gets charged with attempted murder and a slew of other charges that had him facing 164 years in prison.  While incarcerated his lawyer, Wazir Al-Haqq, fails to file one brief or respond to one proceeding, after trying to get Armstrong's brother to accept a $10,000 settlement at the settlement conference his brother refuses, and federal judge Marcia Kreiger, a George Bush appointee, dismisses Armstrong's federal case with prejudice.     

We demand a full investigation into the overdose death of Syrita Henderson on September 26, 2022, listed as a homicide on her death certificate.  Syrita Henderson was a primary witness to be called by the family as it sought justice, and ironically she is killed in an overdose before the murder of her son Elias Armstrong.  The family believes that Syrita Henderson was a paid "Confidential Informant" for the Denver Police Department, and its Colorado affiliates, and that she was murder to silence her testimony vital to their case in relationship to Thomas Charles Armstrong, and Earl Andrew Armstrong, Sr. whom Henderson assaulted in 2018 seeking to get Armstrong incarcerated and unable to leave the State of Colorado, however Armstrong simply did not attack her back but called the police and filed charges against her that were subsequently dropped.  

Also, we demand Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, to open a full and complete investigation into the January 23, 2005 illegal search and seizure arrest of Earl Andrew Armstrong, Sr. his first night in Houston, Texas, and lured there by Myrie Edwards of the Department of Human Services and her “Master”, resulting in Armstrong being brutalized by Officer McDonald #7665 in the holding cell, and what role the Bush Family played in this event.  Armstrong can prove the Bush Family is related to his own family by DNA and common ancestors, and it was this family that orchestrated this event in an attempt to murder Armstrong. 

Furthermore, we demand that Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, and Attorney General Ashley Moody, to open a full and complete investigation into the murder of Earl Flanders Armstrong, Sr. murdered by law enforcement in Florida on Talbot Island, Jacksonville, Florida January 02-04, 1959, where his death certificate reads, "Drowned with a life jacket on according to officer's reports.”  According to Earl White, a classmate of Earl Flanders Armstrong, Jr. at Risley High School in Brunswick, Georgia, my grandfather was the skipper of the ship, “Morning Star”, and his father was the ship’s captain.  Sailing off the shores of Florida, the ship gets stuck in shallow waters.  My grandfather being a championship swimmer, volunteers to go retrieve help for the stranded ship.  He swims to land, takes his life jacket off and waves to the ship, then proceeds to walk towards the highway for help.  Suddenly, he makes a turn towards another direction as if speaking to someone, and he is not seen or heard from for three days.  Once the Florida State Patrol rescues the occupants of the “Morning Star”, they take Earl White, and his father, to my grandfather’s dead body back on the beach, and with his life jacket back on.  If the death certificates says according to officer’s reports, the inference must be the officers killed him.

Moreover, we are demanding  New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, and New York Attorney General Letitia James, to open a full investigation into the forged and fraudulent theft of the Estate of Vincent Astor February 04, 1959-January 26, 1960 by Allan Whitney Betts a close friend of George Herbert Walker Bush and attorney for the Law Firm of George Herbert Walker, Luke Burnell Lockwood of the United States Navy and alleged best friend of Vincent Astor, and David Rockefeller of the Manhattan Guarantor Trustee Company.  We demand that Vincent Astor’s body is exhumed from its inhumane location at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery in Sleepy Hollow, New  York directly centered behind the mausoleum of John Warne Herbert (not to be seen) for DNA testing with the Justice for the Armstrong-Astor Family of Denver, Colorado, and to validate his death was not the result of foul play, as well as his body be returned to his estate at Ferncliff in its original natural resting place.

Finally, we demand the United States Department of Justice to oversee all of these investigations as these are multi-state crimes of murder, attempted murder, brutality, forgery, and theft by very powerful individuals in the United States and to provide full equality and equity in justice to where NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!
