Eastridge Little League belongs to the Kids—not a "walking felony." 😡💔 We, the membership, demand the permanent ban of Juanita Aviles for gross negligence, financial embezzlement, and the systemic abuse of our children and volunteers.

⚾ THE LEGACY vs. THE CORRUPTION

For 50 years, Eastridge has been the heartbeat of East Side San Jose. We carry the traditions of legends like Uncle Jerry Soriano, Uncle Robert Delgado, Frank Navarro, and Jon Blanco. Johnny Cisneros followed in their footsteps—volunteering his time, picking up kids from school so they wouldn’t miss practice, and securing a $225.000 County Grant for our future New Home Possible at Pal Stadium ⚾️⚾️🥎🥎after Our 2023 Evection From Reid Hillview Airport Eastridge Little League ⚾️⚾️🥎🥎

We remember the magic of Opening Day: the trucks, the floats, and the rumble of the Boulevard Bombs, Teamsters, and Lowriders cruising the Eastside while Angela Tirado sang the National Anthem. ⚾️🥎

PAL is not Eastridge ⚾️⚾️🥎🥎WE are Eastridge. While we fought for the kids, the Treasurer treated our bank account like a personal retirement fund.

 
⚖️ THE VIOLATIONS: WHY THE DEC 6,2025 ELECTION IS VOID
We demand the West Region declare the recent election NULL and VOID for these reasons:

Ineligible Candidate: Juanita Aviles was nominated while under an ACTIVE FELONY Investigation (SJPD #25-157-9706) for embezzling over $10,890. You cannot be a "Member in Good Standing" while under investigation for theft!

Lack of Transparency: No proper notice was given to parents. It was a "closed-door" cover-up.
Breach of Due Process: Johnny Cisneros was pushed out within 48 hours of asking for an audit. No written resignation, no hearing. You can't fill a seat that wasn't legally empty!
 
📉 THE FINANCIAL EVIDENCE: RECEIPTS DON'T LIE
Personal Bills: $1,467 for a personal DMV bill and $1,567 in unpaid water bills (sending the former President to collections).
Missing Deposits: A $500 donation from Juanita’s work was NEVER deposited. 😡
The "Hacked" Excuse: Claims of being "hacked" to cover transfers to family in Livermore and unauthorized Venmo/Amazon spending.
Tax Fraud: A check for $890 was written for 2024 taxes, but the vendor confirms NOT A SINGLE CENT was received.
 
🛑 CHILD PROTECTION: STOP THE TOXIC ABUSE
Under the Little League Child Protection Program, this is EMOTIONAL ABUSE:

The Hospital Firing: Firing a coach via letter while she sat at her child’s hospital bedside. 😡

STOP PENALIZING T-BALLERS THEY WANT TO CONTINUE PLAYING WITH THEIR TEAMMATES 🙏🏻🙏🏻🥲⚾️⚾️🥎🥎

ITS NOT THE CHILDREN”S FAULT THE TREASURE THE NEW FAKE VP IS UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR USING THERE REGISTRATION MONEY.😡😡⚾️⚾️🥎🥎🥎

Targeting T-Ball: Threatening 4 and 5-year-olds over adult politics.

The "Trophy Shame": Giving kids cheap Amazon trophies with no names while money was diverted elsewhere.

Tears in the Dugout: Turning away a young girl in tears because her parents are "friends with Johnny."

We are calling for an immediate Administrative Takeover:

FREEZE ACCT #2419 to protect the $225,000 grant.
PERMANENTLY BAN Juanita Aviles from all board rooms and dugouts.

VOID THE ELECTION and hold a transparent meeting overseen by the West Region.
