Two dogs were found with their entire bodies, including their muzzles, wrapped in duct tape and left in a hot car in the parking lot of Planet Fitness in St. Louis city. Police officers refused to hold this woman accountable and let her leave with her dogs. It has now been months with no justice for these poor dogs. The prosecuting attorney will not return phone calls and along with animal control, refuse to release a statement to the media. We demand harsher punishment for animal abuse in Missouri!
