We have the response from both Vet's involved, and it does not surprise us in the least at the lack of accountability from both. We will be responding to both of their claims.

Alternatively, if after reading the response you wish to withdraw the complaint please advise us by the
same date.
Please inform the Board if you do not intend to respond so we can proceed to determine the complaint
and will inform you of the outcome in due course.
