my sister has managed to obtain all of Dobby’s health records. They did not want to hand them over but she forced the issue. 
the first vet who failed Dobby, offered an apology saying he was sorry. Sorry is not going to bring Dobby back.

we have all our documents, records, receipts in place. Will have a JP sign off and send it off.
