On July 2, 2023 Officer Elliott Palmer of the Lorain, Ohio police department senselessly shot and killed a yellow lab, named Dixie.

Also on the Facebook site is the recently posted statement filed by the officer, which is clearly nothing more than a collection of lies, perpetrated by an egomaniac trying to justify his actions.
