We have a monster in Port Charlotte Florida!!!!!!! We are a community of hard working animal loving community loving people. We can not allow a person like this to live among us. 
A few weeks ago a man dragged a 6 month old puppy to DEAth with his vehicle. He has yet to be arrested or charged with this crime. Help me help our community to make sure monsters like this don’t live among us. That he will be charged to the fullest extent possible for this murder. I’m not going to post the graphic gruesome details in writing of what he did. Every available news article and video links will be added. Please note it’s very hard to watch
