Justice for Dickens Etienne: Overturn a Wrongful Conviction & Grant Clemency

Justice for Dickens Etienne: Overturn a Wrongful Conviction & Grant Clemency
The Issue
Justice for Dickens Etienne: Overturn His Wrongful Conviction & Grant Clemency
For 20 years, Dickens Etienne has been wrongfully imprisoned based on prosecutorial misconduct, ineffective legal defense, and ignored mental health conditions.
📌 Why This Matters:
🔹 The prosecution illegally withheld key evidence (Brady violation), failing to disclose that their key witness, Jose Gomez, received a deal in exchange for testifying against Dickens.
🔹 Dickens suffers from schizophrenia, but his trial attorneys never presented his mental illness as a defense, which could have drastically changed the jury’s perception.
🔹 He was painted as a repeat offender, despite being acquitted in a previous case.
🔹 He spent six years in solitary confinement, causing severe psychological damage.
🔹 He has a 20-year-old son he has never met because the system stole his freedom.
📢 We demand that Governor Kelly Ayotte and the New Hampshire Board of Pardons & Parole grant clemency and review Dickens Etienne’s case!
⚖️ Justice was never served in this case. We must fight for Dickens!
SIGN & SHARE to demand a fair review of his case and fight against wrongful convictions. Every signature brings us closer to the truth!
