Deshun passed on 9/11, he was allegedly shot by his girlfriend at the time Shaniah Bateman. The story just made channel 12 news after 8 mths there has been no arrest. Shaniah called Deshuns mom on 9/10   stating that Deshun was being rushed to hospital and that he was okay he shot himself. Once mother Dionne Smith arrived at hospital, she was advised that her baby boy did not make it. the detectives asked her to stay there until they were finish investigating. They then arrived with the news that Shaniah had admitted to shooting Deshun while trying to grab her phone she accidently grabbed gun and shot him. I was told that night that they would be charging her with reckless homicide. Mom was not advised that they had decided to let Shaniah go and not investigate because they felt it was an accident without the proper investigation. I then found out later Shaniah lied to police about how many people were in the vehicle and also that they robbed Deshun for jewelry and money and tried to blame it on the officers. This has been going on for 8 mths with no justice, This is America......and Deshun needs Justice....please sign and help
