Hundreds of families across Delhi are suffering delays, losses, and blackmail from builders like Earthz Urban Spaces. It’s time the Government took decisive action.

Three years ago, I dreamed of a home where my family could finally find peace. I trusted Earthz Urban, led by Praleen Chopra, to build it within 1.5 years. Instead, I’ve faced endless delays, blackmail, and devastating financial loss. Every brick of that unfinished home now carries memories of fear instead of hope.

But I am not alone. Families across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Mumbai, Hyderabad  all trapped in the same nightmare, cheated by builders who walk free while we live in debt and despair. Over 6 lakh homebuyers across India are still waiting for justice.

In 2025, the Supreme Court and CBI opened 22 cases against builder-bank nexuses that defrauded thousands of citizens. Yet, the suffering continues.

We demand the Government and Union Housing Ministry enforce strict builder oversight, financial audits, delivery guarantees, and real punishment for fraudsters.

No family should live between rent, loans, and broken promises.
No child should see their parents’ dreams destroyed by greed.
