Demanding the Harshest Punishment for the Criminals

We, the citizens of India, demand swift and strict justice for the brutal rape and murder of the daughter of Maur Mandi, Punjab. She was allegedly abducted, gang-raped, and killed, with her body cruelly disposed of in a local canal.
 
After immense public pressure, the NDRF recovered her body, while the police investigation initially had been painfully slow and lacks transparency. As informed by police, all the accused have been arrested, but justice is yet to be served. This case echoes the brutal nation-shaking 2012 Nirbhaya case, and we refuse to let another daughter of India suffer without justice. Because Justice Delayed is Justice Denied!
 
We demand:

• Fast-track trial under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) with the strictest punishment as per (Section 66 - rape leading to death, Section 103(1) - murder, Section 111 - conspiracy, Section 214 - destruction of evidence) and other applicable sections under BNS.
• Capital punishment for all convicted criminals.
• Strict police and administration’s accountability for delays and inefficiency in the investigation.
• Government support & protection for the victim’s family. 
  This case is not just about one family; it’s about the safety of all daughters of India. We urge the Punjab Government, the Chief Minister, the Supreme Court of India, and the National Commission for Women (NCW) to take immediate action.
