We, the students of Barringer high school, are fed up with our principal, Natasha Pared, using her administrative power to threaten and abuse the student body and staff.

A number of us students are making this petition in honor of our teacher, who was unjustly fired and banned from the premises.

Our teacher, Coach Hall, was "the straw that broke the camel's back" per se.

 Natasha Pared has made numerous false accusations, has caused our school to be significantly understaffed due her her persistent lack of not providing safe environments for teachers, and constant removal of staff. She has put Spanish - Only speaking children is classrooms with English only teachers then BANNED translation apps giving and making students disadvantaged.

 As a result of the poor staff last year, we were made to sit in the auditorium doing nothing for majority of our classes while she instructed actual teachers to play substitute for months.

 During this Summer she banned us from wearing clothing that would allow us to be comfortable in school such as shorts and leggings, which is unnecessary as most of the building had ZERO air conditioners causing students to fall sick, go to the nurse, and throw up because of the intense heat in the building! Interestingly enough though, the main office had AC.

Our Own principal makes us feel unsafe and unmotivated to attend school as she seems to enjoy threatening us but rarely rewards good behavior. 

Many teachers have also resigned due to her incapacity to be a good leader we encourage you to look at the significant drop in staff since her placement in this school.

Natasha Pared has also been in legal trouble before at her past school, Rafael Hernandez, an Elementary school, where she essentially fired 2 teachers, a short article on the case can be found here.

This is NOT a petition to bring back what was has been lost. We, the students of Barringer, loved, trusted, and cherished Coach Hall. However, our movement is to get justice for the actions that Natasha Pared has taken against all of us, students and staff.
