My name is Brooke Isaac, and I am the mother of a child who was abused at Tic Tac Toe Daycare, a facility that once welcomed Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as a symbol of Canada’s affordable childcare promise.

 

 

But behind the photo ops and funding lies a horrifying reality:

 

Children were physically grabbed, pushed, kicked and verbally mistreated by daycare staff.
Whistleblowers—good staff who tried to speak out—were ignored or pushed out for over 10 years.
Parents raised the alarm with RCMP, Social Development, daycare inspectors, and the Department of Education—and still nothing changed.

 

 

The daycare is run by Lisa Arseneault and Pierre Arseneault, both politically connected and linked to Donald and possibly Guy Arseneault. We have strong reason to believe public money was misused to shield the facility from scrutiny, and that ties to local officials helped silence dissent.

 

Two reported abusers remain employed. The children’s safety is still at risk.

 

We are demanding:

 

An independent investigation into the abuse allegations at Tic Tac Toe Daycare.
A financial audit into how public childcare funds have been used by the owners.
Immediate removal of known abusive staff from contact with children.
Accountability for the public officials who failed to act.

 

 

This is about more than one daycare. This is about our children, our community, and the systems that are supposed to protect them.
