A recent video posted by a TikTok user gained  attention after it was showed the owner of the dogs dragging a dog across the yard. Another video was shown where two dogs began to fight after one broke off from the collar. It is believed that the dogs are being used for dog fighting. But nothing has been done. The owner has only received minimal citations after various reports were made at a different time. Nothing has been done. Someone stated that the owner had dead dogs in his yard when he lived in Dallas. Which is a main concern. Due to the fact that the dogs living conditions show that they are being neglected and abused. They are chained and the dogs he's mostly adopted are pitbulls aside from other big dogs. In no way can he be receiving citations when the dogs are being showed living bad conditions. 
If watching the videos doesn't touch your heart by the way they want to bite their collars off to run, then I'm out of words. This is injustice. They can't defend themselves, so we need to do it and find them better homes.
