First, I want to thank everyone who has continued to support Chad and our family. I know I’ve been quieter than usual, and I wanted to share why. Over the past several weeks, life has been incredibly busy. A family member suffered a broken hip, and we’ve been helping her through everything that comes with that recovery. At the same time, we’ve also been working hard to launch our new small business. Those responsibilities have taken a lot of time, but I want everyone to know that I have not stepped away from fighting for Chad. The work has continued behind the scenes. Chad has now filed his appeal with the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and he has also submitted a motion regarding the 11 envelopes of case materials I mailed to him that never reached him. Those documents contained research and information intended to help him with his legal cases, so we’re asking the court to address that issue. We’re also continuing to gather documentation regarding Chad’s medical treatment while incarcerated. Our next major focus will be preparing a federal civil rights lawsuit alleging deliberate indifference to his serious medical needs and medical negligence based on the care he has received. I know updates haven’t been as frequent, but please know this fight has never stopped. Sometimes the work happens quietly, researching, organizing records, preparing legal arguments, and taking each step as it comes. Thank you for standing with Chad. Your support, shares, prayers, and encouragement truly mean more than you know. We’ll continue posting updates as new developments occur. Please continue sharing Chad’s story. Every person who learns about his case helps keep attention on the pursuit of justice.
