Jun 20, 2026 — UPDATE: Justice for Chad Fry Thank you to everyone who has signed, shared, and supported this petition. Since our last update, the Court has issued a Rule 907 Notice of Intent to Dismiss Chad Fry’s PCRA petition. This is not a final decision. Chad has the opportunity to respond and explain why his case should continue to move forward. Over the past several weeks, we have continued reviewing court records, appellate filings, and supporting documents. The response filed on Chad’s behalf raises important questions regarding the history of his appeals, the handling of counsel, notice provided to Chad while incarcerated, and whether he received a meaningful opportunity for review of his claims. The Court is now being asked to determine whether these issues warrant further consideration or whether the petition should be dismissed without an evidentiary hearing. Chad continues to maintain his innocence and remains committed to pursuing every legal avenue available to him. We are continuing to organize records, prepare supporting documentation, and advocate for a full and fair review of the issues raised in his case. We know that justice requires transparency, careful review, and due process. Regardless of the outcome, we believe these questions deserve to be fully examined. Thank you for standing with Chad and our family throughout this process. Your support, signatures, shares, prayers, and words of encouragement continue to make a difference. Please continue sharing this petition to help bring attention to Chad’s case. Every signature matters. Every share matters. Every voice matters. #JusticeForChadFry
