The court previously ordered the District Attorney to respond within 60 days to Chad’s filings. That deadline is now approaching fast. At the same time, we are actively obtaining additional records and transcripts including pre-trial hearings, post-trial hearings, and call-of-the-list proceedings to fully document what happened in this case and what may have been overlooked for years. This is no longer just a family asking questions. The court is reviewing filings. The DA has been ordered to answer. Additional records are being gathered. And public attention is continuing to grow. We are now at 479 signatures closing in on 500 supporters. That number matters.
