🚨 UPDATE: 2 Weeks Until Deadline: Record Expansion Underway 🚨 We are now about 2 weeks away from a major deadline in Chad’s case. A judge ordered the District Attorney to respond to Chad’s filings and that 60-day window is almost up. This is a critical moment. For years, we have had the trial transcripts, the official court record of what happened during trial. We’ve reviewed them and raised serious concerns based on what they show. Now, we are taking it further. We have formally requested all pre-trial hearings, post-trial hearings, and call of the list records from the Clerk of Courts. These records matter. They can reveal: • What happened before the trial even began • What decisions were made behind the scenes • What occurred after the trial that may not be widely known • Whether key issues were overlooked or never fully addressed This isn’t speculation, this is about building the complete record.
