Payment has officially been mailed to obtain ALL transcripts from the arraignments, pretrial hearings, and “call of the list” proceedings. We should be receiving them soon. These transcripts matter because they contain the actual court record — statements, arguments, and proceedings that could answer major questions about how this case was handled from the very beginning. I also want to say publicly that the Mercer County Clerk of Courts office has been absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout this process. Their professionalism and kindness have helped us more than they probably realize. We are also approaching the deadline for the District Attorney to respond to the filings currently before the court. And one important fact: The filings were NOT dismissed. They were NOT rejected. The court accepted them and ordered a response. This fight is not over.
