The Issue
I'm Not My Pain Project: The Entrustment Agreement. Carla J Kee gave birth to a son at 17 years old. Carla's dad told her if she had her child, she would not have a place to stay. Well, Carla J was told not to come back home to her dad's place while in the hospital. Her son was in the hospital for ten days, because he was sick. No family. She was with the baby's father that abused her and her son. Carla's father gave her a child to abort her child or get kicked out of her father's home. She chose to give life and that's where the Entrustment agreement started.
Carla J was homeless for months. She asked her dad can she come back home. Carla J was given a certain time to leave again. She became pregnant with a guy that was four years older than her. Her family didn't agree with how she was. Carla J was only looking for love in all the wrong places and only received hurt and pain along the way.
Long story Carla J Kee gave her son up for adoption. The first time she changed her mind. The other time she wanted what was best for her son and herself. She was a minor signing paper. The worker didn't contact my dad at all. The father of Carla's son departed, and the family didn't tell her where he was. So, Carla J Kee made the decision to sign her rights away. She didn't have an attorney, nor go to court. She didn't know anything about the law. She thought she was doing the right them.
Carla J comes from a messed-up family and the father of her son was very abusive. She didn't want to be like her mother. Carla J mother was a very messed up women, mother because of her upbringing. She was found in a ditch in Virginia 2000.
The law of the Entrustment Agreement has to change for the better of the mother. Carla J Kee-Franklin entire adult life has been fighting the law. In and out of court. Having to answer to the judge and law enforcement. Being treated like a second-class citizen. It seems that the law wants mothers to suffer in silence and their mental health is not good.
While Carla J Kee-Franklin decided to go and live her life while she fought the court system, she has been stalked, mistreated due to the decision that was made as a teen. Due to the false narrative Carla J Kee-Franklin business failed due to what was said by the father of her deceased son. Carla J son took his life March 28, 2018, due to what his life was like. She has a relationship with her son. All the lies and what the laws did has ruined lives.
Carla J Kee-Franklin is coming after more than one law that has ruined her son and her life.
Due to what happened to Carla she because a mentor, activist, business owner, she wanted to make a change and not complain.
A mother has a right to give her child up for adoption without being pulled back in court for back child support, custody battle, because the father did not sign the papers.
A teen mother has every right to decide if she wants to struggle with her child due to no support help with family or decide to give her son a better home that she could not give child.
The entrustment agreement has to change. A father has every right to decide if he wants to raise his child or leave.
Mothers should have that right as a teen or beyond to make the decision for her child, and for herself.
Family court didn't look at what was best for all that was involved.
Carla J Kee-Franklin gave birth to a son in her teens.
Will not go into details. Will be sending a package of the legal papers to everyone that makes the decision to change laws. Carla J Kee-Franklin said she couldn't fight again for change, because all doors were closed and so many judges treated her like she didn't matter.
A lot of information was taken off the internet 2021.
Tracy L. Palmer took his life 2018 and with more issues regarding the laws. I'm looking for more signatures to make changes in the laws.
