Justice for Carina ! - Abused in 2010 by Carers still working
The Issue
In 2010 my mute autistic daughter's communication was maliciously manipulated to make heinous allegations of sexual abuse and prostitution against us her parents after I discovered Carers were not taking her to her activities and pocketing her money.
The local Authority, Care Company, Care Council, Doctor and Police were totally irresponsible in their handling of this and have no understanding of autism as my daughter, then 19 had no idea about sex, having been protected and sheltered all her life and had only been going out with these cares for 3 weeks.
A leading expert in facilitated communication proved unequivocally that this communication was manipulated, the Doctor giving capacity was condemned by the GMC for serious misconduct.
The Local Authority admitted in writing , after my daughter had won a civil case against them, that no-one could communicate with my daughter and the Police admitted that they should not have use the first witness (the carer) as communicator for her.
There was never any independent safeguarding investigation by the Authority and the Police failed to carry out a meaningful Criminal Investigation stating that the girls would not admit to any wrongdoing.
Despite our utmost efforts the Chief Constable and CPS will not take any further action.
This has had a devastating effect on us as a family and my daughter refuses now to go anywhere without us.
She was illegally kept in a home away from us, without any contact for 6 months over Christmas and even after Police had stated No further Action was never intended to be returned to us. I had to rescue her during a planned contact meeting.
YET THESE CARERS ARE STILL WORKING WITH VULNERABLE PEOPLE !
1) As Policing in Wales is not devolved I am asking for The Chief Constable to re-open the case with all the evidence which was not available to him at the time of the original investigation.
2) A Statutory Independent Safeguarding Investigation
3) All Parties involved in this case and dealing with vulnerable people should be accountable for their actions and Perversion of the Course of Justice
4) The Care Council to be accountable and to investigate the matter based on evidence which was not available previously and their remit to be changed so that evidence is not solely presented by the perpetrators who can.(and did) withhold it
