📢 Callie’s Commonwealth Campaign Update📢
We have a few important updates to share with our community! 💙💛
First, we have completed our Right-to-Know requests with both the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office and Warwick School District. Transparency remains one of our core values, and we will be publishing those on our page in the coming days. We welcome our community’s review, questions, and thoughtful feedback as we continue to seek answers and advocate for meaningful change! ✉️
Next, we are also honored to announce that Gunner’s Crusade has endorsed our petition! We are incredibly grateful for their support and deeply respect their mission and advocacy. We look forward to building this partnership and collaborating together in the future as we continue working toward better protections and standards for vulnerable animals. Lastly, our merch store is officially LIVE! 🎉
We want to be upfront — merchandise creation is new territory for us, so please be patient and kind as we learn. We would love your feedback, ideas, and design suggestions!
For transparency: merchandise is currently offered with a small markup to help cover production and campaign expenses. At this time, purchases are **not charitable donations** but they are appreciated! 🙏
Because we are still a small, volunteer-led campaign currently run by two people, we chose to partner with Bonfire for our store. Bonfire helps manage production, shipping, returns, and customer service, allowing us to focus our limited time and resources on advocacy, outreach, and building the foundation for this campaign.
Your support helps us continue this mission by allowing us to:
🐾 Create educational resources and campaign materials
🐾 Attend community outreach events
🐾 Provide informational materials at tables and events
🐾 Develop Callie’s Code initiatives and advocacy efforts
🐾 Work toward establishing nonprofit status
🐾 Build a stronger network focused on protecting vulnerable animals
We are also working on additional items, including wristbands and other outreach materials, that will be used as giveaways at future events and community tables to help spread awareness. This is where we are hoping to work with local businesses and support local creators and we are excited that we have already begun that process!
