The system failed Caitlin and her family, 

now Caitlin’s family are trying to change the system that failed her, 

we are calling on parliament of NSW to introduce Caitlin’s Law, a law reform that will see abusers of domestic violence disqualified from becoming their victims next of kin. 

you may remember the story on ACA where Caitlin’s abuser held all the cards, with holding her body from her family, to this day, Caitlin’s family still do not hold her next of kin status. 

they don’t want to see any other families endure the pain of loosing their rights to burying their own child or the abuser continuing the control after the victim dies.
