Bryant Rhoades was maliciously targeted and wrongfully convicted of 2 murders that took place on the 29th of November, 2011 in Mercer County Ohio. In Bryant's case, there is proof of:

●Malicious targeting 

●Prosecutorial misconduct 

●Ineffective legal counsel 

●Zero material evidence 

●Brady Violation for 6 years/Suppression of DNA from Bryant's legal counsel 

●False eyewitness testimony 

●Law abiding alibis for Bryant 

In 2011, the DNA technology available to law enforcement was significantly less effective in catching criminals. For the last 5 years, Parabon Nanolabs and Genetic Geneology have been solving cold cases up to 50 years old by using only DNA. MERCER COUNTY REFUSES TO TEST DNA TO CATCH KILLERS!

Mercer County Ohio Prosecutor Matthew Fox and company know about the technology to solve this crime. Fox has denied access to the DNA evidence from Bryant's legal counsel for almost 7 years(Brady Violation). This incompetent official is running to become the next County common pleas Judge in May. Ohio Supreme Court has deemed Fox untrustworthy in the past. Fox has displayed patterns of misconduct on numerous occasions. 

I'm asking for signatures to have this DNA tested and not allow Mercer County Ohio to protect cold blooded killers any longer. 

I'm calling on Attorney General Dave Yost to do what is right and test the DNA!
