Justice for Bro. Angel Manalo and Previous #36 Tandang Sora QC, Philippines Occupants

As of this writing, July 27, 2026 brother Angel, Jem Hemedez, and 4 others are still in prison without conviction. This is a direct violation of their rights to liberty, fair and timely trial and deprivation of their freedom from cruelty. Eduardo Manalo and his wife Babylyn are employing all possible means, exhausting every avenue and manipulating the process to obstruct proceedings, deliberately prolonging the trial and depriving the victims of timely justice.
Thirty-two occupants of # 36 Tandang Sora in Quezon City, Philippines, most women including 2 young children, were inside crying for help when the house was backhoed. Adding insult to injury, all previous occupants were forcibly evicted on March 2, 2017 with no search warrants shown prior to entering the premises. Above photo is an excerpt from Rappler's Correspondent Rambo Talabong report published on the same day.
Moreover, all are falsely charged with Illegal Possession of Firearms and High-Powered Ammunitions by two Quezon City Police Officers Danilo Mendoza and Jun Fortunato, allegedly through the current Church of Christ or Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC) leadership headed by Executive Minister Eduardo V. Manalo.
Felix Nathaniel "Angel" Manalo together with his nephew Victor They were "Jem" Manalo Hemedez and Mr. Jonathan Ledesma are now detained at Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig City, Philippines along with three others. It's safe to say that most are in hiding for fear of extreme persecution.
Furthermore, previously filed cases are making no progress at all. To make matters worse, a new criminal case has been filed against former # 36 Tandang Sora residents. Let it be known that there are no prior knowledge about it because they never got notice or copy of the case.

We, former brethren, who strongly oppose persecution and oppression, implore prompt response for these unjust cases. Many innocent people are suffering in and out of jail!
