I know there are thousands of great shelters . But this one is not. GREEN County animal control/shelter is a joke. Please remember blue the next time you guys wanna donate to them. NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY HE DIDNT DESERVE TO DIE. WHERE ARE THE PHOTOS OF THE BITE MARKS WE ALL KNOW IF BIT, A REPORT HAS TO BE MADE. WHERE IS THE REPORT. HOW YOU Gonna TELL ME THE DOG I BROUGhT INTO THiS WORLD WAS SO DANGEROUS AFTER HE DIED YOU LABELED HIM AS A DANGEROUS ANIMAL . Does this look like a fkn violent animal to you?!. He was a scared boy who just wanted a treat. I will never get over this ,i will never let this go. I am in so much pain today. Greene County Animal Control strangled my 1 year old XL American Bully to death after he broke out of the house. If he were another breed I know we'd still have him today. The woman strangled him so hard he was bleeding from the nose. The woman had the audacity to smile when my sister confronted her. She refused to release him to my sister who arrived first on the scene to take him to recieve CPR at the emergency vet. When I arrived at the scene after leaving work the woman refused to release the grip she had on his lifeless body. She claimed he was being aggressive towards her and would not calm down. Everyone who knew Blue knew he was the sweetest boy. How are we suppose to explain to my nieces and nephew (8, 6, 5, and 4) that our baby Boogey Bear is gone. He traveled the Country with us and everyone who met him loved him. I am so saddened that he won't get to explore with us any more. That he won't get to live his full life. Please keep my family in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate through this very tough and hurtful situation. Greene County Animal control needs to be held accountable for their heinous actions. #JusticeforBlue #RIPBlue   the goal is to get the woman who killed blue to be fired and never work at a animal place again.
